Apa itu SDM dan MSDM? Sumber daya manusia (SDM)  merupakan salah satu aspek yang amat penting bahkan tidak dapat dilepaskan dari sebuah organisasi, baik institusi ataupun industri. SDM juga adalah kunci yang memastikan kemajuan industri. Pada hakikatnya, SDM berupa manusia yang dipekerjakan di sebuah organisasi sebagai pelopor, pemikir dan perencana untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi itu. Pengertian SDM dapat dibagi menjadi dua, yakni pengertian mikro dan makro.
